Have you ever wondered what it's like to roll out a new market? Together with our management team you will support building up our German platform 🇩🇪 From onboarding new non-profits to our platform, helping volunteers find right projects, to support tasks like copywriting. About your job at The Good Ones
📋 Onboard non-profits, match volunteers to projects, research potential platform users, and help with different support tasks like copywriting, website and social media.
🚀 You are a German student who is dedicated, hands-on and has great communication skills.

Wat ga je doen?
- Collaborate directly with our management team to drive our local expansion.
- Onboard non-profit organizations and assist them in finding the perfect candidates for their projects.
- Connect volunteers with meaningful projects.
- Conduct research to identify organizations that could benefit from our platform.
- Support various tasks, including copywriting, website enhancements, and social media engagement.
In short, there's plenty to do, loads of responsibility, and room to experiment. You'll discover your strengths, make a few mistakes (that's okay!), and most importantly, learn and grow from it all.
🙋♂️ Wie ben jij?
We're looking for someone who's a problem solver, pays attention to detail, possesses creativity and drive, and is a true go-getter. If you tick these boxes and meet the following criteria, you might be the perfect fit:
✅ Native German speaker (German nationality; you need to understand the culture).
✅ Strong English language skills (writing, speaking, and reading).
✅ A dedicated, friendly team player with a hands-on approach.
✅ Detail-oriented and able to work accurately and systematically.
✅ Quick learner when it comes to different (online) programs and tools.
✅ Excellent communication skills.
✅ Bonus: Background in business-focused studies (knowledge of Business Model Canvas, Lean Startup, Research & Validation, etc.).
