What will you do?
Your goal is to guarantee a safe, healthy, sustainable, and ethical way of working within JCDecaux both in the office and at our on street operations. You will do this by setting up, implementing, and improving policies within QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) and ESG (Environmental, Social en Governance).
You will help management with these designs and stimulate the QHSE & ESG policy and goals within the rest of the organization. At first you will be able to work on this independently, both strategically and executively. In a later stage there will be possibilities of team expansion where you will become a team lead for your colleagues. You will actively work together with departments like HR, IT, and Facility on subjects like Arbo-RI&E, BHV, PBM’s, climate and our ESG-sustainability goals. Furthermore you will be active with:

Constant improvements and securing performance on the topics of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) en ESG (Environmental, Social en Governance)

Ensuring JCDecaux meets the customers, laws, and norms requirements surrounding quality, Arbo, safety, and climate by achieving the required certificates.

Coordinating, implementing, developing and/or supervising internal and external audits.

Supervising and carrying out workplace instructions.

Organizing incident investigations, toolbox meetings and safety training, including the ‘QHSE safety day within JCDecaux.

Monitoring compliance with applicable procedures, standards, guidelines and regulations in accordance with laws and regulations (and staying up to date with this)

You identify dangers, assess risks, and take action where needed to ensure safety and sustainability within the organization.

HBO+ working and thinking level within a relevant sector, like sustainability, business, finance, economics, or similar sectors;

2-5 years of work experience where you have come in contact with (one of) the themes within this vacancy;

Self-starting and energetic; you fulfill tasks both strategically and executively;

Sufficient knowledge of the english language; knowledge of the dutch language is a pre;

Pre: You studied KAM Coordinator or QHSE - ESG Coordinator;

Pre: You are experienced in drawing up risk inventories, evaluations (RI&E) and task analysis (TRA);

Pre: Up to date knowledge of legislation ISO 14001, ISO 45001 en ISO 9001;

Pre: VCA VOL certificate.
